Georgia board adds certain HIV diagnoses to conditions that can bypass Medicaid work requirements

Georgia’s Board of Community Health unanimously approved a policy to include certain HIV diagnoses under the “medically frail” designation, exempting eligible low-income individuals from Medicaid work requirements.
